Carol A. Bonner is a native Texan who has lived in the Houston area most of her life. She has an extensive knowledge of Houston’s uniqueness and understands the charm, vitality and diverse communities of our city. Prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate career, Carol spent 20 years working in the Client/Customer Service, Marketing and Public Relations arenas. Jaime Hinson with Texas Premier Realty has established 38 plus years in Houston, growing up in the north suburb of then Klein, Texas near the beautiful Champions. Jaime is proud to have the culture and up bringing of a diverse family with ties in Downtown and surrounding areas as well that has benefited her success in diverse real estate. Her team has over 10 years stability together plus her personal 23 years of Real Estate Experience. After graduating top of her class with Honors from Klein ISD she began working as a leasing consultant while attending college pursuing Management with a passion for law, teaching and sociology. Excelling very quickly with promising promotions with Fortune 500 Real Estate Corporations, by 25 years old Jaime had purchased her first home and started raising her now growing family while managing multi family homes and Commercial Real Estate for nationwide top corporations. Real Estate, Operations, Specialty in Achieving Budget/Investment Goals, and Business Ownership became her niche very early on due to her passion for staying on the go and helping people. The close bonds, trust and relationships formed through real estate is her building block to professional happiness. Sales Associate Trisha Fletcher believes in the aphorism, “Houses are made of bricks and beams, homes are made of hopes and dreams.” She says, “Anyone can buy a house, I want to help people find a home.”

Trisha sees herself as a personal shopper. She listens to her client's needs and then takes an organized, disciplined approach to find the property that best meets those needs. A problem solver, Trisha works hard to make the home buying and selling process as smooth and effortless as possible. Trisha was named "Rookie of the Year" her first year in the business and has continued to achieve success by being named as a Top Producer for the past four years. She is the former Chairman of the HAR Westside Realtors Networking Luncheon. One of the honors she cherishes the most was to be named the "Ultimate Team Player" by her fellow associates.

Born in Beaumont, the native Texan moved to Houston in 1974. For over three decades she has watched the city grow and prosper and delights in the opportunity to introduce clients to all it has to offer. Her market spans throughout the city with an emphasis on the Memorial area, the Energy Corridor and in Katy.

With a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Texas, Trisha was a substitute teacher for six years with Spring Branch ISD. Prior to raising her children, she worked in various areas of the banking industry, an experience which affords her some valuable insight for her clients.

Trisha is the mother of three children who attended Spring Branch schools. She is a member of the Houston Junior League and Pi Beta Phi Alumnae. She loves decorating, antiques and going junking.

I have lived in the Clear Lake and surrounding areas since 1980. I service many cities in the Clear Lake area including, Friendswood, Seabrook, Webster, Nassau Bay, League City, Dickinson, Texas City and Galveston. Prior to receiving my Real Estate License I actively managed my 5 star vacation rental property and residential rentals. I have always enjoyed participating in real estate not only for myself, but helping others in any way that I can so they can achieve their dreams. I'm a great communicator and very detail oriented.
