Originally from Dominican Republic, a beautiful island in the Caribbean, Attorney by profession, I moved to New York City and later, 15 years ago I decided to move to Friendswood, Texas, to enjoy a warmer climate. I have been a bilingual Realtor (Spanish & English) for more than 12 years, helping people with their real estate needs. Always going above and beyond the call of duty before, during and after the closing for my clients. Before any transaction, I access the needs of the client and present various options to achieve the desired outcome. During the transaction, I negotiate the most favorable terms to obtain the highest values and carefully monitor every step on the way to closing. Thereafter, I assist my clients with all post-closing activities and keeping in touch always. To provide the best quality service, I continually follow current events and keep up with changing trends, rules, marketing techniques and regulations related to the real estate industry. Marissa was born and raised in Houston TX where she graduated from Stratford High School in 2005. She earned her bachelors of science at Louisiana State University in 2009. Marissa worked in the fashion industry in Los Angeles briefly before moving back home to work in the oil and gas industry and eventually focus on her family. Marissa developed an interest in real estate during her own moving experiences, which, when combined with her love of helping others, made becoming a Realtor an obvious career choice. She is currently raising a family of her own in the Memorial area where she is an active member of the community.
