As a long life resident of Houston, Tx, Demetria has always had a passion for Real Estate, but was never able to pursue the career because of the demands of the Health Care Industry. She has been a Nurse for over 24 years and has a unique understanding about care, compassion, and empathy for people. When the opportunity became available, she seized it! Shadrya Patton grew up in Arkansas and Louisiana and has primarily spent her adult life living in and loving the Great State of Texas. She's a graduate of Louisiana State University's School of Business with an emphasis on Finance and International Trade - Geaux Tigers!

As a 4th generation Houstonian, I am no stranger to the Bayou City. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M-Kingsville, and then joined the United States Marines. After my four years in the infantry and completing three combat tours my wife and I moved home to Houston to begin a family. With three growing boys we are happy to call Houston home.

Once home in Houston, I earned my Real Estate License and joined The National Association of Realtors®, The Texas Association of Realtors® and The Houston Area Realtors® Association. I have earned the certifications of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) & Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).
