Patricia Grijalva was born and raised in Mexico City. She finished the credit requirements for a B.A. in History at the Universidad Ibero Americana. She moved to the United States in 1998 and has made Houston her home ever since. She obtained her Real Estate license in 2000 and has built a successful career as a Real Estate Agent. Several years ago we purchased our first foreclosed home when relocating to Houston from NYC. Although the home was a foreclosure, it was in great livable condition. We invested some money to renovate and lived in it for 4 years. Once we sold the home, we realized the amount of equity we had built and wanted to duplicate the process. That is where the love of real estate began for me. I loved looking on HAR and searching the web to find our next home to renovate and flip. I enjoyed the hustle of speaking and working with contractors, lenders, etc. My realtor at the time realized my passion and encouraged me to pursue a real estate career. That was 6 years ago, and I've never looked back.
