Erik Heyne's impressive record of achievements has placed him in Martha Turner Sotheby's Circle of Excellence every year since 2006. He was inducted into Martha Turner Sotheby's Hall of Fame in 2013. Erik began his career in residential real estate in 1983 and immediately became a top producer.

His early success forged a strong foundation in sales from which he built a successful career in commercial real estate. Erik's talent for implementing creative marketing strategies also led to success in the corporate world prior to returning to his real estate roots. His corporate career experience includes Vice President, Marketing, for Waste Reduction Systems, Head of Business Development and Account Services for The Piland Marketing & Design Group, and Manager of Business Development for the Worldwide Services of ICO Polymers. His principle focus was and always has been marketing, a skill he employs successfully in selling residential real estate today.

Erik is a fifth-generation Houstonian, a graduate of The Kinkaid School and an Eagle Scout. He went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in business administration. While at UT,Erik was president of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity and an honored member of the Silver Spurs. Erik and his wife are also the proud parents of two wonderful daughters.

Gloria Leder was born, raised and educated in Perth, Western Australia. Worked in Mathematics Department, University of Western Australia; Fibre and Forest Products Research Institute, Jerusalem, Israel; Computing Devices of Canada, London England. Travelled extensively through Europe and Asia. Arrived in Houston in March, 1965. Worked with British Consulate General, Houston, helped open first British Government Trade Office in America, in Dallas, Texas before returning to Houston as Personal Assistant to the British Consul-General.

Gloria has been working in real estate as an Investor, Agent and Broker since early 1980's. Prior to joining Keller Williams Metropolitan in 2000 she owned her own Real Estate Company. Ellen Pool is a Realtor licensed since 2001, a multi-million dollar producer, and a specialist in new construction. She spent almost 19 years onsite with new home builders in the Houston and Dallas areas, and with her husband, owns a custom building company that focuses on operations in the Montgomery County area of Texas. Ellen's clients will benefit from her experience in many areas of real estate, including time working for a title company, as well as her direct access to an expert in the construction industry.

Ellen was born and raised in Houston, and knows the city well. She and her family currently live in Magnolia, and are members of Grace Woodlands. They have also homeschooled their teenaged daughter since 2009. Ellen is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
