I have lived in Houston since grade. Having attended school and grown up in this beautiful city, I feel I have lots of information. My full-time career in the medical field has inspired me to reach out further into the community to help others. I possess a vital skill in meeting the needs of many. Whether finding your perfect home or selling your current one, maybe it's not your time to purchase, and you need a rental; I'm the one for you! Claire Koenig is a native Houstonian who has had a passion for real estate from a young age. Her real estate career "started" in the eighth grade when she found the home her family still loves and lives in to this day. From then on, she was hooked! Claire has extensive knowledge of the Houston area where she has lived for over twenty years. Her favorite thing about Houston is that here, there is something for everyone no matter who you are or what you do. For three years, Claire ran her own professional home organization business. This gives her a unique perspective into the home and has heightened her attention to detail in service to her clients.

Determined, passionate, and attentive, Claire will not stop until she finds you your dream home or brings you a suitable buyer. Her favorite part about working in real estate is getting to meet new people and developing the relationships that turn strangers into clients and friends. Claire will work tirelessly to make sure that the home buying, selling, and/or leasing process is not only easy but fun as well. Claire is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR). She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Claire is a member of the Houston Chi Omega Alumni Association and is an avid volunteer with and proponent of the Make-A-Wish foundation. When she is not working, Claire likes to spend time with her friends and family, do kickboxing workouts, try new restaurants around Houston, and watch anything and everything on HGTV.

Born and reared in western Ohio, Karen lived part of her childhood in Europe and India and her adult years in Wisconsin and New Jersey as well as Houston. She taught high school English in public schools before shifting careers to the residential real estate business.

Married with three grown daughters scattered from coast to coast, Karen loves being involved in the community by serving on civic, school and church committees, and being passionate in supporting charitable activities for the homeless and the visually impaired.
