I have been working in the real estate business since 2019. I have lived in the North Houston area since high school and really consider Houston my home town. My goal as an agent is to make sure that every client feels like their needs are met and never have to worry about trying to reach me. As a mother and small business owner, I understand that everyone's time is valuable and I strive to make meet my clients needs in a timely fashion.

Megan was born and raised in Houston, Texas as were many generations of family before her. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree at Texas A&M University, A-Whoop! Went on to teach high school science for 8 years before pivoting into Real Estate. Real Estate was a family business so it was a smooth transition as a new mom. Navigating life as a Realtor and mother has been an exciting challenge and has been very rewarding.

In the last nine years Megan has guided many clients through the process of buying, renting and selling. Many become repeat clients or send referrals her way which is always an honor. Never afraid to go to bat for her clients, but always straightforward and honest working hard to set realistic expectations and provide expert advice. She believes strongly in continuing education, always learning to ensure she provides the best service she can. Since 2016, Galina has transitioned her creative talents, love of working with people, and business acumen into a career in real estate. A long-time Houston Heights resident, she has had the opportunity to witness the incredible growth of the city's many neighborhoods into phenomenal living areas. After finally purchasing and renovating her family's dream house, she discovered the full potential of such a dynamic industry. John started out as a loan officer in 1998 and quickly learned the entire buying and selling process which encouraged a career in real estate as a licensed Realtor just two years later. John also became a licensed mortgage broker, trained new loan officers, processors and launched J. Romar Funding while finishing as the top producing real estate agent three years straight with one of the largest firms in Houston at the time (Lege' Properties) 2002, 2003 and 2004.
