Holly is a 3rd generation Houstonian who has an intimate knowledge of markets, properties, and an ability to navigate complex transactions. She recognizes that professional respect must be earned and excels at assisting her clients in making educated and informed decisions. Insightful, resourceful, and relatable, Holly is passionate about serving the needs of her clients and works tirelessly on behalf of each individual and treats them as if they are her only focus.
Holly loves bringing a home up to its full potential. She has a keen eye for design, furniture placement, editing, and staging to create a beautiful, welcoming environment and to help garner the highest price. Holly also understands that buying a home can be an emotional process. She listens to the desires of her clients and recognizes that family members may have differing expectations. Holly's goal is to exceed those expectations and establish a lifelong relationship as a trusted and sound advisor.
Holly attended the University of Texas and graduated summa cum laude, majoring in finance and real estate. She was the top graduate in her program, a Silver Spurs sweetheart, a member of Orange Jackets and Panhellenic. Holly is a mom to two daughters, Andi and Tyler. When not hanging out with her girls, you can find Holly sampling sushi throughout the city, in yoga class, playing pickle ball, or walking Memorial Park. Holly is also passionate about volunteering for Elijah Rising, a local non-profit that combats trafficking in and around the Houston area.
