Holly Boyter

Native Texan and Realtor Holly Rogstad Boyter has enjoyed success on both the commercial and residential sides of the real estate industry for over 30 years. Holly worked in human resources and administration for commercial brokers but discovered a passion for the residential side. She founded and co-owned Boyter Realty where she purchased, remodeled and sold homes. Holly holds the Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation (CHMS), has completed a number of classes required for an appraisal license, and is also a home stager, staging many of her listings "all the way down to the landscaping."

Holly attributes her success to a passion for working with people and her service-oriented personality. “I love helping people and getting to know them in depth,” Holly says. “When working with my sellers, it is so satisfying to use my staging skills to turn a rough diamond of a home into a sparkling gem that receives immediate offers. With my buyers, I make certain of what they are really looking for and I find it.”

Meticulous, focused, patient, and dedicated to achieving her clients’ goals, Holly has earned a well-deserved reputation for honesty, ethics, and integrity in business. She understands the value of extensive analysis of each client’s specific situation and the paramount importance of creative marketing. Her clients are her first priority and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that they are confident and secure at every stage of their transaction. Holly’s industry expertise, strong work ethic, organizational skills and professionalism help make the home selling and purchasing experience a breeze, and her energy and enthusiasm are contagious.

Holly grew up in Corpus Christi, earned her college degree from Texas Tech University and attended graduate school at Sam Houston State University. She recently received a Master's Certification in Life Coaching which pairs well with working with real estate clients. Holly is married with one son and her leisure time is spent with family and friends cross-training, running and biking. She also loves to travel and experience different cultures and people. "It's really the only time I get to truly unplug," Holly says.
