The community was always clean, quiet, and well maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. The amenities were also kept in great condition, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I want to give a special thank-you to Mary Gallegos for being so kind, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. From move-in to move-out, they made the whole process smooth and easy, always taking the time to make sure residents were happy. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent management and a welcoming environment.

I would like to highly commend the property managers, Robin and Mary, for their outstanding response to the recent winter storm (Feb 2021). They asked all the residents to light water stream all the faucets, in anticipation of the freezing temperatures. When we lost power, some of the buildings had busted pipes. As quick as possible, they had the water turned off to minimize water damage. Some residents left their apartments so Robin kept everyone informed by text, so we would know when we could return. When the water was restored, Robin allowed tenants without water to get water from a vacant apartment. Shon, the maintenance man, worked tirelessly taking care of the downed tree limbs, water damage, restoring water, and getting the boiler back working. A big thank you to all 3 of them. I wrote a review for Hidden Timber Apartments one year ago. The only thing that has changed from that review is that I have now been here two years. I still enjoy living here so I am re-posting my review for those of you apartment hunting. “I’ve been living at Hidden Timber Apartments for one year. I absolutely love it. I enjoy lounging on my 2nd floor balcony overlooking the courtyard, shaded by large Elm trees. The grounds are well maintained and clean. There is plenty of parking. Hidden Timber is only 5 minutes away from HEB grocery store, Hwy 183, and many other amenities. They have a small pool that is always sparkling clean and a laundry facility. Mary, the property manager, is always pleasant and attentive to all my needs. The apartments are old but well maintained. Shawn, the maintenance guy, is very friendly and takes care of any work orders usually within 24 hours. It’s reassuring to live somewhere where they care about the tenants living conditions.”

Went to visit a friend here over the weekend and I struggled to find parking and had to park near the very back, that was until I started looking at the cars after I noticed some didn't have current registration or even ANY registration! My friend told me there's even people with Florida plates that have been here for over a year without updating their registration! I also saw an older large man running around the complex without a shirt on for some reason, that was kind of disturbing. He had a ton of plants outside his apartment that made it hard to get past the sidewalk to get to my friend's apartment. Be careful with this complex, it looks nice from the front but there's a bunch of concerning people and criminals living here! I'm surprised the police haven't shut this complex down, it's no wonder the rent is so cheap here according to my friend. I've included photos from my friend that show how bad it is.

Been living here 8 months & I can honestly say it's the best renting experience I've ever had. I love the close proximity of the park it's really convenient. We're close to so many things so never have to go very far for anything. We live next to the pool & it's very peaceful maybe only had loud gatherings a hand full of times but they always made sure to quiet down at 10pm sharp. All maintenance requests are handled promptly. My neighbors are saints & everybody minds their business for the most part. Everybody is pretty friendly. There's always parking. They also approved me for my apt very fast when I really needed it. So thank you to Mary too who is also just the sweetest. I'm sure we will be renewing our lease & I'm happy to stay.
