My name is Herbert Payne. My friends call me Ronny. I have lead an interesting life. I was a football coach and teacher for 32 years in the great state of Texas. After retiring I went back and got my real estate license. I took my first real estate course in 1994 and got my license in 2011. I have always liked dealing with people. I try to make sure their life and real estate deals run as smooth as possible. My son Ryan and I form BlackWhite Real Estate Team brokered by EXP. We feel like EXP is cutting edge and can take us to the places we want to go in the real estate world. Through my real estate career I have been able to sell all types of property. Residential, commercial, farm and ranch, and lake side condo's. We have sold properties all around the State of Texas including primarily the Bell county area.I look forward to building with EXP and everyone associated or needs help in the real estate world.
