Tina Schroeter began her career in Real Estate in 2008. As a top producer, she has represented numerous buyers and sellers. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate License, Tina was a small business owner, a teacher and most importantly the mother of three daughters. Her oldest is a 2004 Texas A&M graduate, her middle daughter graduated from U of H and her youngest is currently a Junior at Texas A&M. She is also the proud grandmother of three.

After nearly 30 years in Facilities and Project Management, Shane Schroeter joined Tina as her licensed assistant and business partner in 2016. With his knowledge of construction and project management, and Tina's knowledge and experience in Real Estate, they quickly matured into the perfect partnership and Real Estate Team. Shane is the father of three, his oldest son is studying at Lone Star College in Cypress. His daughter is currently a freshman at Blinn College in Bryan with hopes of becoming an Aggie and his youngest son is a Sophomore in High School with plans to attend Blinn College and Texas A&M as well.

Caleb Vogel is originally from Montgomery County, Texas where he grew up around the production agriculture industry, laying the foundation for his passions later in life. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors degree in Animal Science and minor in Agribusiness. After college, he managed numerous livestock operations before landing in the real estate field. His passion for helping people, coupled with his ability to understand the lifestyle and needs of the farm and ranch community allow him to communicate with clients comfortably and effectively. His expertise ranges from selling small acreage to large working farms. Outside of real estate, Caleb spends most of his time raising livestock for 4-H and FFA students, assisting with their projects throughout the year, as well as managing a purebred cow herd where he now resides in Madison, County, Texas.
