Real estate has been part of Heather Sullivan’s life for as long as she can remember. Growing up in a family involved in both commercial and residential real estate development, she learned early that real estate is about much more than a property. It’s about the people, families, investments, and futures connected to it.

Today, Heather brings that experience to buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters throughout the greater Houston area. Her approach is personal and hands-on. She takes the time to listen, understand what matters to her clients, and make sure they feel informed and supported throughout the process. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a home filled with memories, or making an investment decision, Heather understands the trust her clients place in her and takes that responsibility seriously.

As a listing agent and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Heather helps sellers prepare, position, and market their homes while protecting their interests through negotiations and closing. For buyers, she strives to be a patient, knowledgeable, and accessible resource—from the first showing to the closing table.

New construction and investment real estate are also important parts of Heather’s business. As a New Home Construction (NHC) designee and an active real estate investor with firsthand experience in fix-and-flip, land development, and new construction projects, she brings a practical perspective that goes beyond the traditional sales side of real estate.

Heather also has extensive experience in Houston’s rental market, helping homeowners and investors prepare and market properties for lease and secure tenants, while helping renters find a home that fits their needs.

In addition to serving her clients, Heather is a Manager at Prime Texas Properties, where she supports and mentors other real estate agents.

For Heather, great real estate service is about more than completing a transaction. It means listening, communicating, being available when her clients need her, and building relationships that continue long after closing.
