Knowledgeable and experienced in many areas of Real Estate, Heather is committed to fulfilling and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. After several successful years working in Oil & Gas, Heather transferred her technical knowledge and passion for customer service into a career in Real Estate. Heather has an engineering degree from Texas A&M University which allows her to dive deep into the technical and financial areas of real estate, benefiting her clients in negotiations, inspections and pricing strategies. Heather has been very successful in both listing and selling properties and ensuring complete satisfaction among her clients for the entirety of the process. Whether navigating the way for first time home buyers, looking for the perfect fixer-upper, purchasing farm or ranch property or providing help with investment properties, she's always ready to help her clients. She is always available to her clients making sure every need is met and the process is smooth and stress-free. Heather is a College Station native and a 4th generation Aggie. She moved to Bay City after college, but has since returned with her husband and son. BCS is home to them and Heather loves sharing everything that makes the area great with her clients. She and her husband enjoy spending time in the community and giving back, it's a value they hold strongly to.
