Not that I want to move again, but I wouldn't use any other realtor in Houston if I did. I found Heather through my boss and reached out, as I was looking for lender recommendations. I already had another realtor lined up (friend of a friend kind of thing) but wanted to research more rates. I liked Heather immediately, she's nice, warm, sensible, born and raised in Houston so knows the landscape very well. Just seemed very competent, so I went with her. She was a great partner, steering me away from flood zones, pointing out pros and things to consider while touring houses. Consultative. There were a few things in the house I bought that she cautioned on. After being there 6 weeks, I can say she was absolutely right :) Still like the house, just need to fix it a bit. In the end, she was great, knowledgeable, got me a really good price on the house. Can't say enough good things about Heather. P.S. I was speaking with my boss about the home search, she said that's she's had a lot of realtors over the years, but Heather is who she'll be partnering with going forward.

For full disclosure, Heather is my wife, that being said, throughout the whole process this transaction was treated in a professional business setting, with her even making a visit to our Board meeting in the UK to present the options we had and the rationale for the selected location, to enable us to move forward to purchase and build. Heather has been instrumental in our journey to find the perfect tenant! When we contacted her to inform her that we were putting our home back on the market for lease, she was persistent in checking in with us to ensure us that she was available and committed to the process. When we told her we were ready to proceed, she met me at the property the same day. We did a walk though and had a lockbox on the door and a sign in the yard within the hour. She had pictures taken within next couple of days and the house was listed by the end of the week. Heather worked diligently, showing the property and doing thorough background checks to ensure that she found quality potential tenants. Heather even made herself available while she was on vacation over seas. She is very knowledgeable, professional, reliable, personable and trust worthy!
