Heather Chambliss

Hey there! I am excited to get started with you on your Real Estate Journey!

My career began in October 2017 with a daily planner and a passion for helping people make educated Real Estate decisions. I took the time to research the best information resources for you about the most recent Real Estate activity, and learned how to communicate that to you in a simple and effective way! Since then, I have closed over $30 Million in Real Estate Transactions and served over 175 clients.

Previously , I have served with both Coldwell Banker and Century 21. The training and tools that I learned during my time there have positively impacted my service skills that I continue to provide to my clients.I currently serve the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors as the 2025 Vice President and on the 2025 Texas REALTORS Professional Development Committee.   

In 2024, I obtained by Texas Real Estate Broker license and opened our very own Brokerage, Chambliss Real Estate in Shelby County, Texas. My husband and I are proud to be able to give a high level of Real Estate Service to our hometown and help clients make good decisions about the most expensive things they own.
