Harry Chang's passion for architecture and residential real estate began in his student days at Rice University, when he would bike around the neighborhood viewing the beautiful homes of Southampton and West University Place. Combining an outstanding range of problem-solving skills and tech-savviness, Harry has an extraordinary track record of quarterbacking complex transactions and providing top-notch marketing and customer service. Despite being a fresh face in Houston's real estate playground, Harry is no stranger to the industry. As a full-time transaction coordinator and marketing specialist for team leader David Batagower, Harry collectively brought over 70 transactions to the finish line with more than $20 million in volume in 2021/2022. His diverse service covers everything from rural vacant land to luxury custom built homes, and from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Currently an Upper Kirby resident, Harry focuses on neighborhoods throughout Houston Inner Loop (West U, River Oaks, Montrose, Heights, Timbergrove/Lazybrook) and surrounding areas. With his unique background as a concert violinist, project creator and leader, he brings a fresh layer of sophistication and perspective to traditional real estate.
