I was born and raised in Austin Texas. I Graduated from Southwest Texas State University, and served 6 years in the US Marine Corps Reserve and was activated for Operations Desert Storm/Desert Shield. I am live long entrepreneur at heart from pushing my lawn mower up and down the neighborhood in my teen years to building a successful real estate and property management business in my thirties to forties. Besides having a Texas real estate broker's license I also hold a Texas health/life insurance license where I consult my clients and investors on how to effectively leverage real estate portfolio and life insurance into a lifetime guaranteed income stream and tax free estate planning.
