So far my experience living here has been night and day from where I was last. The amenities offered by Harbor Cove come in at extremely competitive price points, the community is quiet and nice, with a very good atmosphere. The close proximity to the lake gives access to amazing views, wildlife, kayaking, etc. The staff working in the offices have always been kind and very informative. We were asked if we could delay our move in date for a few days to spend more time to prepare the apartment, but the management/sales team more than made up for it by removing a substantial portion of the next month's rent. I'm surprised to see bad reviews, as the quality of the services here have left me astounded compared to what I'm used to at this price point.

My fiancé and I moved to Harbor Cove apartments two years ago, and it's been an exceptional experience. Situated just a 5-minute walk from the Kings Harbor Waterfront Village, this community offers tranquility amidst nature's beauty. Harbor Cove impresses with its well-maintained grounds and cleanliness, thanks to the diligent maintenance crew, including Santos, Salomon, and Lazaro. They promptly address any issues within 24 hours, providing peace of mind to residents like us. The convenience of valet trash pickup adds to the comfort. The pool area is a highlight, never too crowded and complemented by amenities like a gas grill, fire pit, and hammock—perfect for unwinding. The adjacent grass turf offers additional relaxation space. Though we don't have pets, the dog park is impressive, offering a secure area for furry friends to play and socialize. Cleanup stations around the complex add to the convenience. The front office staff, led by property manager Will, along with Jessica and Paige, excel in customer service, always ready to assist. The community amenities, including the game room and computer area, enhance the living experience. Harbor Cove goes beyond typical amenities with occasional food trucks, events like chili cook-offs and bingo nights, and raffle days by the pool in the summer, ensuring residents always have something to enjoy. The large mailroom with an Amazon Hub ensures secure package delivery, with convenient pickup options. And the on-site gym, equipped with modern equipment, adds to the convenience. In summary, Harbor Cove offers a serene, well-equipped living environment with easy access to dining options and grocery stores. Whether it's your first apartment or a new beginning, I highly recommend Harbor Cove for a refreshing living experience.

Huge shout out to the assistant manager, Sheila! While I did not end up signing a lease here, through out the whole process Sheila provided plenty of useful information and kept up strong and consistent communication with me. Very professional and would recommend getting in contact with her for your new home!

This complex pulled a classic bait-and-switch. We were shown a fully renovated unit with no carpet, which mattered because my wife has asthma. When we moved in, we found old carpet, outdated fixtures, and no stainless steel appliances. The unit reeked of air fresheners — there were five plugged in to hide the smell. The refrigerator smelled awful and didn’t work; it took over two weeks to get a working one. We also went over two weeks without smoke detectors after the fire alarm went off, a clear fire code violation. On top of that, the property manager was extremely rude and condescending whenever we brought up these issues. They even kept our deposit, claiming the carpet was soiled (it wasn’t). We have photos and videos proving otherwise. Avoid this place at all costs.
