Prior to getting her real estate license to pursue her true passion, Hannah led the marketing department for local high-end home builders and luxury condominiums for 2.5 years. During that time, she acquired an expertise in quality new construction, development, remodeling, staging, negotiating and target marketing.Previously she worked as the Marketing Director for Modern Luxury Magazine where her 10 years' experience of discovering Houston has given her an unparalleled knowledge of each neighborhood and the unique experience they bring.
Being a transplant to Houston myself, I am very aware of how different someone's experience of Houston can be depending on where they choose to call home. I am dedicated to helping them learn about each pocket of the city, and what every area has to offer. I think one of the most important aspects of my job is to really listen and understand what a person or family's goals are when they are deciding to move.
Hannah specializes in all areas inside the loop and just outside the loop. The Heights, West University, River Oaks, Montrose, Mid-town, Downtown, Rice Military, Oak Forest/Garden Oaks, Memorial Villages, Spring Branch and Spring Valley Village.
