See what locals have to say

I had a plumbing issue that turned out to be a very severe toilet clog. Salvador and Louis came out yesterday and worked hard to diagnose the problem. When they realized the clog was more extensive than expected, they returned the next day and even had to remove the toilet to fully resolve the issue. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was happening, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. What impressed me most was that they went above and beyond by helping remove some boxes for me, which was not part of their job. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about providing great service, and Salvador and Louis did exactly that. I truly appreciate their hard work, positive attitudes, and dedication to getting the job done right. Thank you both for your excellent service!

As a parent that co-signed for an apartment here, I wanted to give a shout out to Claudia. There was a landscaper accident that broke the sliding door and Claudia went above and beyond to make sure the matter was dealt with quickly and after hours. She could have just stated the policy and been done - but she took the extra effort and got it resolved quickly. THANK YOU!!

The Gregory is one of the newest complexes I got to visit during my search for my apartment. Louie was very helpful & attentive to answer any questions or concerns I had. It’s a beautiful facility with resort-feel to it from the front office, to the pool & great size rooms. Prices were just right & night times are quiet with a few police officers that live in the facility. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a home up in the Porter area & make sure to ask for Louie as he strives for excellence customer service. Thank you Louie for all your help!!

I’ve been to a couple of properties in this area and the staff here by far outshines the other communities in this area. They are very friendly and they all step up to help you they do not make you feel like a burden.
