Gregory LaBove

For more than 20 years Greg has worked for oil and gas companies using his knowledge of land and negotiations to enter into land contracts, oil gas and mineral leases and successfully close complex land transactions. In order to become a land specialist, Greg has continued to increase his knowledge and understanding of all things land. After graduating from the Business School at the University of Texas, Greg has obtained an MBA, a Certification of Petroleum Land Management, he is a Certified Professional Landman, a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst, and a Texas Real Estate Agent. Through life experiences and his interactions with others, Greg has come to understand that land and real estate are important because of their personal relationship to each of us. Nothing can replace the way walking through your front door feels after a long day, or spending the Holidays at home with family. Greg has learned that there is nothing more special, important or rewarding than finding the right property for the right individual. It gives him pride and a feeling of accomplishment being able to use his skills to help others. He wants you to allow him to use his expertise to help you find the right house, invest in the right property, and maximize your investment when it is time to sell. He is a native Houstonian where he lives with his wife and three kids. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking traditional Creole dishes, family gatherings and pulling for the Texas Longhorns and all Houston Sports teams. Greg is also a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo volunteer.
