As a new realtor, I bring 30-plus years in the business world. Over those years I have learned that good negotiation and communications skills transfer to any sales role. Although this is my first time being a realtor as my main career choice, I have spent several years in the appraisal business prior to moving to Houston/Clear Lake in 1996. My wife Karen became a licensed Realtor in 2006 and a licensed Broker in 2022. I obtained my license in 2012 and held thru 2015, to help her with open houses and listings. My focus will be in the Clear Lake/Bay Area as well as Galveston's west end.
