Worst apartment complex! The management takes advantage of the humble low income families. The property manager smokes inside the office and is very rude. There should really be an investigation done to the records of this apartment complex by the housing bureau. They are renting apartments without including a parking spot but yet still charging full price with parking.

Worse management I have ever deal with; not only my complaints were never resolved, but now I am straggling to get my deposit back. It has been almost 3 months and I have not received my money when the apartment was left in very good condition, as it was stipulated in the contract.

Power has gone for hours in the middle of the night in a winter weather but not worse then that... They don't care at all about the kids... Knowing that there are family with babies they don't care about how You have to deal with the cold at all... But worse then that the Windows are super thin and fragil meaning that all the cold Will come inside the room no mater what. Yeah it's cheap rent but also cheap manegment. Look up for your health and pocket.

The washers and dryers in these apartments NEVER work...it's been like this for YEARS. Residents have complained FOREVER. They will "fix them" and 2 days later they are not working. The machines always take your money and won't work and management has known this for years and does nothing about it. Horrible experience.

Incredibly noisy at all hours of the night. Residents often throw trash over the fence into the neighborhood behind.
