"Local" George is a life long resident of Houston and goes by the name "Local" because so many people have moved to Houston over the years and now its almost impossible to find anyone that is "from" here anymore. "Local" George is a highly successful Real Estate Broker that has been licensed as a Realtor since 1990. He was the youngest realtor in the State of Texas when he received his Real Estate license in 1990 at the age of 18. In 1998 "Local" George became a licensed Real Estate Broker. After becoming a licensed Realtor at the age of 18, "Local" George went on to Join and Serve Honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 to 1996. Then attended and Graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996. "Local" George specializes in the West Houston and Katy, Texas Real Estate Markets
