“We had been looking for a specific hose design lot location in a specific development for 10 months without using a realtor. We identified a house on a Sunday afternoon that had gone on the market the day before. We contacted Fran and were shown the house that evening. The buyer was requesting offers by end of day Monday so we knew we had to move quickly. We confirmed the potential offer details on Monday while Fran was able to get an extension to Tuesday. We submitted the initial offer Tuesday while Fran continued to work with the seller agent address the buyers concerns, enabling us to revise the offer which was accepted on Wednesday.
