Forrest Hess

Forrest grew up on Lake McQueeney where life on the water was his favorite pastime, he enjoyed wakeboarding, water skiing and barefooting. Ultimately, Forrest's skills developed well, and he won National Wakeboard Championships in his division in 2003 and 2011. Thereafter, he quickly became a professional water-skier at Sea World of San Antonio where he performed for several years. He continues to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as backpacking with his chocolate Labrador retriever, cruising the lakes with family and friends or even training for his next Iron man Triathlon. Forrest's analytical mindset led him to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University. While attending Texas State University, Forrest purchased his first real estate property which gave him a greater appreciation for the industry. After graduation, Forrest sold Malibu Wakeboard boats for nearly 5 years. This led to a deeper understanding and passion for the lake life. This deep seeded love for real estate and the lake brought him to Waterfront Real Estate. His knowledge and passion for the lakes paired with his strong business acumen allows him to be a valuable asset to his clients who are looking for the perfect waterfront home.
