Where should I go or read to learn and adapt great scripts to generate leads? Thank you!

Trying to decide which education tract to pursue - RENE or CNE? I previously thought RENE was a certification program and CNE was the designation track. But I\'m hearing they\'re equal. Will they both show as a designation on HAR and for marketing purposes? I welcome input. Thanks

RENE for sure! It’s backed by NAR and CNE is private. So which do you think will be around longer? I think the class materials are much better for RENE too. If you really want to be a better negotiator I think RENE is much better.

I prefer Digital ink because it is free but everyone highly recommends Docusign. What is your experience?

I use Authetisign in Transaction Desk. Both are included in our dues. I used DocuSign for years and Iike Authetisign just as well and I don\'t have to pay for it. All of the forms that we use are in Transaction Desk so I no longer use ZipForms or DocuSign. Check it out, it\'s a great program.

Where do I go in HAR or Matrix to affirm the public ID of an agent requesting to show my listed property?

In the speed bar at the top....type the word agent and the name. You can use just the first or last name and it will find them. Click on their name and you will get contact info and their public ID.
