“From the very beginning Fiona has been amazing. She was recommended to me by a good friend of mine and I have no regrets. Her attention to detail is just one aspect that makes her great. Putting in an offer she knew exactly what we should do and how much in order to win the bid. I think this only is achieved from experience. Once the offer was accepted she guided me through every step. She not only educated me on each step but took time with me to explain everything. Never did I feel like she didn t have the time for me. When it came to the inspection period she knew the inspection company to use in which would do a thorough inspection. I wasn t able to be there for the inspection and she was there to obtain all the details for what we needed to make an informed purchase. I trusted that she was there and had my best interests in mind. With the inspection a few things came up and Fiona knew exactly what to ask the seller to credit back so I could decide if this was the home for me. We were able to get a 6k credit which was worth doing a thorough inspection. Once that was complete Fiona was able to help me with all her contacts to fix the things that needed fixing once I closed on the home. The mortgage person she recommended was also great. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way. It never felt like she was doing a job. It always felt like she cared about the fact that this will be where I will live and with that she cared that every detail was executed unblemished. Now that I have closed I have all the knowledge to move forward with enjoying my new home. I not only gained a new home but a friend for life. Thank you Fiona. ”
