Just moved into Ferro and wanted to give a huge shout-out to Wendell, leasing agent who made my move-in so smooth. Also a special thanks to Jefferey in maintenance. He handled my repair request quickly and was so professional, knowledgeable, and polite.

I requested a call with property management after dealing with excessive noise from the unit above me since August 2025. I requested a call with property management after dealing with excessive noise from the unit above me since August 2025. Despite multiple complaints, police involvement, contacting the courtesy officer, and providing video evidence to the leasing office, nothing has been resolved. The resident above me regularly screams and cries between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m., which is a clear violation of standard quiet-hour clauses. Regardless of the cause, this level of disturbance has gone unaddressed by management. When I follow up, I’m redirected to the courtesy officer. The courtesy officer tells me to call the police. The police respond, the resident apologizes, and the cycle repeats. No accountability, no follow-through from the complex. Safety has also become a concern. Since the nearby train station opened, there has been a noticeable increase in homeless individuals lingering around the property. I recently notified management after seeing a homeless woman with a sleeping bag exiting our parking garage where the secured door is frequently broken. I received no response. In December, our mailroom was completely wiped out. The solution was to reroute packages to the office or mailboxes, yet there is no signage for delivery drivers. As a result, packages are routinely left outside the mailroom, unattended and easily stolen. I moved in when this complex first opened, and early on, management was responsive and helpful. I’m not sure if leadership has changed, but emails now go unanswered and ongoing issues are ignored. Maintenance is dependable, the property is kept clean, and community events are a nice touch. However, when it comes to resident safety, guest parking, and enforcing noise policies outlined in the lease, this complex consistently falls short. I would strongly consider these factors before leasing here

Please promise me you won’t live in this apartment. I had a really bad experience here. The hot water only lasts about 10 minutes in the shower... There were a lot of roaches in the apartment. It was disgusting, and I had to request pest control almost every single month. The coffee machines were broken all the time. The only g...

There were a lot of roaches in the apartment. It was disgusting, and I had to request pest control almost every single month. The coffee machines were broken all the time. The only good things are that the maintenance team is very efficient—they fix things quickly—and the gym is nice. However, the rooms are not soundproof at all... you can clearly hear your neighbors...There’s not nearly enough visitor parking on weekends, which made it a horrible experience. Not recommended.

Joshua made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and he was always so helpful along the way. The leasing team here truly stands out. I would highly recommend this community based on them alone. We’re very excited to become residents at Ferro!

Absolutely terrible experience. My stepfather’s car was unfairly towed from a non-reserved resident spot because all visitor spots were full and the garage gate was broken and left wide open. The office was closed so we couldn’t get a guest pass. We ended up paying $335 to a shady towing company that even offered a cash discount. No notice, no warning — just gone. This feels like a scam between the apartment and the towing company. I emailed management and received no response at all. Ev...

This feels like a scam between the apartment and the towing company. I emailed management and received no response at all. Ever since the management team changed, things have gone downhill — it seems like they have no idea what they’re doing. I’m sharing my experience with our resident group. This should not happen to anyone else. Beware, especially if you have guests. I honestly no longer feel this is a safe or professionally managed property. A room facing the pool can be unbearably noisy on summer nights, with endless parties like the one shown in the photo, more than 30 personality and no idea when it will end.
