Faye A. Powell is a native Houstonian specializing in inner-Loop areas including the Heights, Upper Kirby, Midtown/Montrose, West University, Bellaire, and the Medical Center. Her clientele includes young buyers and sellers, luxury home sellers, and investment property buyers. She is an expert in the inner Loop, because she systematically researches that market every day and has personally lived in her focus neighborhoods. She began her real estate career in commercial construction planning and retail site development, before moving into marketing and investor relations for a private real estate investment firm. Not satisfied with the corporate world, she knew that a career in residential sales was what she really desired. “I found myself in a career path but wanting desperately to help homeowners and homebuyers one-on one. Helping my clients in such a critical chapter in their lives is my passion,” says Faye. “Great rewards come from practicing excellent customer service, and my clients know they can trust me to keep them informed in their decisions.”
Faye is very involved in her community. As an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Faye is a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program, and the founding chair of the NextGen Realtor Group, an advisory committee for HAR that focuses on mentoring young agents in the industry. "I work a lot with younger generations of buyers and sellers in my market areas. It just makes sense that I should support the agents of those generations to be the best they can be as well. Better realtors are better for business, and I want our markets to be the best they can be." As the Broker/ Owner of in610 Properties, she focuses on helping her clients not only buy and sell houses, but also realizing their ideal lifestyle. She is married and resides in the Hyde Park neighborhood of the Montrose. Faye enjoys riding her Harley, cooking, and traveling the world with her husband.
