Fatema Husain-Patel was born on the east coast and moved to Houston at an early age. Prior to her 3-year career in the real estate industry, Fatema passionately served the greater Houston community in the healthcare field as a Certified Medical Assistant and the Houston Health Department's Vaccine Educator. With 2 years of experience working at the Harris County Appraisal District as a residential appraiser, Fatema brings to the table a success record of obtaining more than $10 million in property tax savings, having presented over 6,000 hearings as a property tax consultant. Along with her zealousness and dedication to serve the community, Fatema carries the insight and judgement to facilitate the protest needs of property owners. Fatema has earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with a minor in International Business from the University of Houston- Downtown and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University. Fatema is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Fatema also serves as the Secretary on the board of SAREP (South Asian Real Estate Professionals) and a board member with GHAMP (Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Professionals). Lastly, Fatema has maintained the status of major TREPAC investor for the past 3 years.
