“We were first time home buyers and Farhat was awesome to work with. She listened to what kind of house we were looking for, and sent us listings that matched our criteria. Farhat is a very friendly person, doesn't make the buyers feel bad if they didn't like the house. She was very patient with us and that really helped us in making decisions. She worked with our schedule as far as showings were concerned. When we were buying the house, the builder ran out of concessions that they could offer. We called Farhat for advise, and she was willing to negotiate her commission to give us the options that we wanted. That was very nice of her and it helped us close the deal. After months of looking, we bought a house that we really liked, were happy with, and Farhat was still the same friendly person that she was on day one :)”
