“This is at least the seventh time I have worked with Farah! I have purchased two rental properties, sold a rental property, bought a primary residence and leased rental properties three times in the last ten years. No matter what your needs are, she always gives you good advice. 10 years later, I'm very happy she guided me to buy this property in Katy when I was considering buying a rental for the first time. I get a text or a phone call at least once a week offering to buy the house. Time has shown that it was as good or even a better investment than Farah predicted! The tenants she has found me including this time have proven to be good decent people. On average, my properties have been leased within ten days or less of coming to market. I'd give Farah ten stars if I could. She follows up on showings and gets feedback. Most importantly she gets RESULTS! I've referred her to others and they also have been very satisfied.
