Faline Windell has been involved in different aspects of real estate around Lake Conroe and The Woodlands area for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Starting off in her industry, she quickly became a top producer and has sold several million dollars in real estate. She has personally invested in flipping fixer uppers and new construction homes and has a wide knowledge of the housing market in a variety of fields. She also enjoys the design process and has helped stage existing homes as well as design plans and select interior finishes. When moving to the area from Houston in 1997, she knew she was home. She met her husband while selling real estate in Montgomery, and they were married in 1998. That lead to two of her greatest blessings, her son and daughter, who are in the National Honor Society and have been involved in missions to Guatemala and Africa. She is very involved in her local church and loves helping with community events and supporting missions worldwide. Faline is very passionate about real estate and loves negotiating the best price for the buyer or seller she is representing and works hard to help their dreams become a reality.
