Originally from Poland, I have called the Houston area home for more than 20 years. Living here for so long has given me strong local knowledge and an appreciation for the many different communities and opportunities the Houston real estate market has to offer.
As a Texas REALTOR® with Walzel Properties, I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and families relocating to the Houston area. My experience includes residential homes, luxury properties, condominiums, investment properties, and rentals.
I take a personal and hands-on approach to real estate. Every client and every transaction is different, so I believe in listening first, understanding what my clients are trying to accomplish, and developing a strategy that works for their individual needs. I pay close attention to details, communicate openly, and make sure my clients have the information they need to make confident decisions.
Whether I am helping someone find the right home, preparing a property for sale, evaluating an investment opportunity, or negotiating a transaction, my focus is on protecting my client’s interests and achieving the best possible outcome.
For me, real estate is also about relationships. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, trust that I will be straightforward with them, and know that I will be there to guide them throughout the process, not simply get them to closing.
