My wife and I decided we have had enough of Michigan winters and decided to find a winter retreat in the Houston area. We were looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch in a subdivision setting. Evan put together a list of 17 prospective properties and over the course of 3 days we were able to find a house that met our needs. Evan was great at providing his unbiased opinion of the properties, pointing out the positives as well as potential negatives, and features of the house that could affect resale. Evan was also helpful in guiding us through the inspection and closing process and we were able to close on the property within 3 weeks after we began our search. All told, it was a positive experience and I high recommend Evan as a realtor.

After several days of Evan working endlessly with us he found us our forever home. He got to know my wife and I and what we looked for in a home.
