Erin Flores, a second generation realtor, is the newest asset to the RE/MAX 1st class team. His hard work, charisma, and true passion for his business have helped Erin's reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise. Erin specilizes in all aspects of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first time home-buyers, scoring the perfect distressed property for investors, or working alongside his team to create a successful & seamless transaction for both his sellers or buyers. His work experience includes currently working in the commercial contracting field, owning a photography business, former owner/instructor of his dance studio and coming from managing a social events venue prior to becoming a REALTOR . This expanded list of skills, knowledge & networking have made him a resourceful & dynamic individual to buyers, sellers, and colleagues. His background includes living and working in his area of service his entire life. His mother, Mary Flores, has been a REALTOR in Baytown for over 25 years & father has been an investor for over 20 years. Growing up with that influence only seemed like a natural fit to him. Utilizing their mentorship and his drive & ambition sets him apart from other agents in the business. His real estate and work aspirations are to provide outstanding service for years to come. He believes in guiding his clients to the home of their dreams by using his knowledge, experience and treating every transaction as if it was his own personal investment.
