I highly recommend Harbert Real Estate Group, and in particular my realtor, Kenneth. I may be a bit of an odd case as far as selling a home is concerned - reverse mortgage deadline was only 1 month and a couple weeks away, house was nowhere near ready to show - but Kenneth came in and not only gave me the reassurance I needed that it could be done, he made miracles happen. House nowhere near ready to show? He had someone. A few short weeks left on that deadline? Open House to contract with time to spare. The man is a miracle worker and if you have more time than I gave him, I can only imagine how well he’ll be able to do for you. I know choosing a realtor feels like a bit of a gamble, but Harbert and Kenneth are a sure thing.
