“In short, Erica is a fantastic realtor with vast amounts of knowledge and experience. She is very easy to work with. She took the time to sit down with us, listen to our desires and needs. She also asked lots of questions concerning items we had to have or could do without in home. She also asked about the future desires for our home location and family growth. She also went out of her way to help us with other things outside of the home purchase because we were moving in from out of state. For example, she provided a list of companies we needed to contact to get items like power, water, and cable services started. She also provided information on how to register our cars and get drivers licenses. Things I don t know other realtors would think to do. She is also a very thoughtful and caring person. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future..”
