David,\n\nTo answer your question, no, you do not need an agent to help you find a place to rent or to rent it. However, typically, as the buyer/leaser, using an agent will actually not cost you anything and it is our job to help you, so in the long run, it\'s helpful to have someone working for you that can search properties and do the leg work that otherwise you might not have the time or desire to do.\n\nIf you need any assistance, certainly feel free to reach out!\n\nEric Isenbarger\nConscious Choices Luxury Realty & More\nEric@cchluxuryrealty.com\n832-374-0786
When something goes "pending" whether for sale or for rent, it means that the home owner has an offer and it is in the process of being "accepted." Nothing is final, so typically the agent wants other prospects to know that they should continue to view the property, but with the understanding that if that initial offer does go through, that is where the priority is.
Absolutely! If you are on the webpage via a desktop or laptop, no matter where you are, you can click on the HAR.com blue circle logo to take you to the main page, where you can just type in a MLS number in the search bar. On the app, the top of your screen will have a "search" bar where you can just enter the MLS.
