Prior to pursuing his real estate license and joining Realm Real Estate Professionals, Eric spent over 15 years working as an Instrumentation & Electrical technician in the oil and gas industry, and as a professional network marketer. When he decided to transition from the behind-the-scenes aspect of home construction to the buying and selling side of real estate, he was already one step ahead of the game—well equipped with a level of first-hand knowledge and experience few Realtors have. A self-described people person with an entrepreneurial spirit, Eric found real estate to be the perfect juncture of his two strongest suits. He is motivated by being able to support and educate others, and by ensuring everyone he works with feels well represented and at ease through each stage of the home buying or selling process. He loves meeting new people, and believes there's something new to learn from each person he meets! "My happiness begins with the happiness of others," he says. Sure, my clients may learn a thing or two from me throughout this process, but the values they teach me in return is why I chose real estate." In addition to his passions for real estate and helping others, Eric loves spending time with the ones who mean most to him—his wife and children.
