Eric Bartee grew up on a ranch just outside the small town of Goliad in South Texas. This is where he developed the true meaning of hard work. Eric graduated top 10% in his High School class and then attended Texas Tech University. While attending Texas Tech, Eric earned his Masters Degree in Sports Business and walked on the Red Raider Football Team, which lead to earning a football scholarship. After graduation, Eric wanted to continue his journey with health and fitness and took a job with 24 Hour Fitness in Sugar Land as a Master Trainer. After 7 years, he decided to start his own business. Eric has become one of the top trainers in South Houston with clients that have remained with him for 17 years. Eric has always prided himself on customer service and making sure that his client always is taking care of. Throughout this time, Eric has built, serviced, and maintained these 1 on 1 relationships which has allowed his business to grow and be highly successful. He truly feels that to be successful in anything, it starts with customer service and truly caring about your client and what their particular needs are. That is the very reason he feels real estate will be the perfect fit. Eric looks forward to continuing his passion for helping others as he joins his wife in the real estate world.
