I’ve been living at the Emma Browning for almost two months now and it’s been a great experience. Aaron Tamez, the leasing agent, has been fantastic—professional, helpful, and genuinely caring about residents. What I love most is the smaller community feel. For the first time in years of living in apartments, I’ve actually built a sense of community and made friends right here in the building. The amenities are always clean and well-maintained, and the property itself is beautiful. The...

The location works really well—there are multiple bus stops nearby, and if you drive, everything you need is just a short trip away. Being so close to Mueller is also a big plus with all the great shops and restaurants. Overall, I’m really happy I chose to move here and would definitely recommend the Emma Browning to anyone looking for a welcoming and community-oriented place to live in Austin.

We moved to Austin sight unseen…. literally got off the plane, and started apartment hunting. The Emma Browning was actually the very first property we toured, and after seeing over 20 other apartments all across the city (you can say we’re picky), we ended up right back where we started! The location is perfect! It’s close enough to everything, super central, and loving being right by the Mueller area. There’s always something to do nearby, and it’s so easy to get around. But what really makes this place special is the people. Aaron and Janine have been amazing from day one. They’re super kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every little question or request. They even host monthly resident events that actually make you feel like part of a community, not just someone renting an apartment. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like its own little oasis hub, which is personally what drew me to the space. If you’re apartment hunting in Austin, do yourself a favor and come see the Emma Browning 💚

I had a wonderful experience at the Emma Browning Apartments, and I want to give a special shoutout to Aaron. He went above and beyond by helping me move big, heavy boxes up to my third-floor apartment—on his own time. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to help truly made my weekend so better! It’s rare to find someone who cares that much, and I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you so much, Aaron!

I went to The Emma Browning for the USVL game night event in their clubhouse and just had to leave a review because what an amazing space it was! The setup was beautiful, the amenities were top-notch, and having access to the pool made the whole evening even better. It's such a perfect location for gatherings and events. Spacious, modern, and so well designed. Definitely a hidden gem in Austin!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this property The Emma Browning apartments and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The building is excellent, very modern and inviting, with brand-new facilities and plenty of great communal areas. I recently attended a magnificent event there, which featured all kinds of fantastic stands—free tattoos, haircuts, photography booths, and lots of delicious food. I recently attended a magnificent event there, which featured all kinds of fantastic stands—free tattoos, haircuts, photography booths, and lots of delicious food. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet friendly people and enjoy the community vibe. The property staff were incredible, everyone was so attentive and helpful. I believe the manager’s name was Maryen, and she did a fantastic job organizing the event along with her team, Aaron and Janine. They were all incredibly kind and professional.
