About Emily Hartley

Emily is a native of Galveston County and has lived in the Clear Lake Area her entire life. She home-schooled throughout her childhood and high-school years. She studied music in college, and also was a music leader at her church. Before entering into real estate, she worked in property and office management for 5 years. Emily was always captivated with real estate growing up, and being around that atmosphere in property and office management knew that is what she wanted to make her career. She currently focuses her marketing and people skills in residential real estate and rentals. Her biggest joy in life is seeing the happy faces of her clients as they close on their new home. Emily loves what she does, and it shows through with every client.

With strong negotiation skills, Emily specializes in finding homes in great neighborhoods, with great schools and easy access, which helps you find the home you want with confidence and ease.

Emily's focus is in residential homes, luxury property, waterfront, condominiums, and rentals of any kind.

Emily worked together on a real estate transaction

We have used Emily as our realtor for about 8 years now, buying and selling, and I have to say she is absolutely the best. Shes helped us buy and sell investment properties as well as acreage, and shes also listed our rentals and helped us screen tenants. She is always on top of everything and we never have to worry about something not getting done, or things getting overlooked. Her communication is great. I never have to call her for updates or ask her where things are because she has already done it. Ive never met a realtor with so much hustle and so much passion and love for what she does. She is A++++ and well always trust her with all of our real estate needs.
