“I can not say enough good things about Ellen She was incredible from the start getting to know us and what we were looking for advising us on the best areas to look to avoid our main concerns flooding commute and school districts and giving us so many options She was so knowledgeable about the areas and even had research to show us historical flooding issues She really saved us from buying homes that would have been a liability and took so much pressure off when it came to sorting through listings She was flexible and got us into houses quickly sometimes even on the same day and helped us get accepted on our first serious offer We could not have done this with anyone else and are so happy with our purchase After we had our offer accepted Ellen went above and beyond with walking us through the closing process including everything from choosing a reputable inspector to entertaining our toddler while we signed the closing documents We didn t expect to find our dream home so soon and it s honestly all thanks to Ellen ”
