One of the the best Brokerage houses in Houston. With over 1000 realtors, is amazing that management ALWAYS returns phone calls in a timely manner. The sugar land office is run by two superwoman, always reachable and return your emails or calls in a timely manner. They are epitome of Realm motto - Good People doing Good Thing. DONT BELIEVE ME, TRY IT YOURSELF!!!!

The other bad reviews about the people who work for this compage are right - stay away!! I tried to buy a house Uma Medi represented. Uma was dishonest, constantly changing stories and completely lacking of integrity. My agent would tell me the answers to my questions then she would change the story a week later. The house is a good 100k over priced and has sat there almost 6 months. It's sellers agents like this that skew the market and try to manipulate prices which only hurts everyone. Houses sit forever while interest rates increase and good buyers can't get into a home because these awful agents have them convinced their house is worth more. Say NO to this scammer brokerage and Uma Medi

The experience of interacting with the agent Zhiguo Jiang only made me feel his unfriendliness and unprofessionalism. Jiang would dictate the appointment time instead of asking for my availability, and he only allocated ten minutes for me to view a 1362 sft2 property. When I informed him that I might be running five to ten minutes late due to traffic issues and apologized, he showed impatience instead of understanding, pushing me impatiently and stating that he would never show me the property again. The interaction was very uncomfortable; everyone, please avoid him.

After driving around looking for rentals, we called Realm on Saturday and were lucky enough to connect with Charlie Le. He got us the home application the same day and met us for a walk through on Sunday. He was with us for every step of the application process and explained everything so well when we had questions. Even after the lease was signed he’s been more than willing to help us. Highly recommend Realm but especially Charlie!

Be careful dealing with this company. Listing agent Constance Guillory failed to disclose vital information about the property, the inspection report was less than expected & refused to negotiate for a win-win situation. We terminated the contract & she relisted the property at 11038 Walts Run ln. saying buyer "financing fell through " . Unprofessional to say the least.
