Elizabeth Stephan
As a resident of Piney Point Village for 25 years, Beth knows the Memorial area from the inside out and understands how to navigate its competitive market. After graduating from LSU, she moved to Houston where she has spent 30 years investing in this community. Beth previously taught Special Education at Frostwood Elementary and has four children who have attended various SBISD schools, so she is well versed in the unique qualities of each neighborhood and their associated school benefits. Beth is also a seasoned volunteer, a lifetime PTA member, and an active member at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. This volunteer work exemplifies the value that Beth places on quality work and excellence for its own merit. Having chaired many long-term projects, she has the discipline, planning skills and work ethic required to complete the multi-faceted process of buying or selling a home. Beth is described as hard-working, dedicated, organized, on time and loyal. Beth will do what it takes not only to get the job done, but to get the job done well.
