“We were first-time home buyers relocating from Canada to the Houston area with little knowledge about the area. I called to 2-3 realtors before Eldar, but once I talked to Eldar I immediately knew that I will work with him. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation and furnace condition for us) and provided his professional opinion about the condition of houses thanks to his great experience with house construction and the surrounding area. During the whole transaction, neither I nor my wife felt forced to make an offer and when we finally selected the house, Eldar walked us through every step and helped to negotiate which resulted in receiving a discount (credit) from the seller. He also spotted a few errors in the transaction documents received from the title and lender. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Eldar! ”
