“Ekta Patel is by far the most competent and experienced realtor I have ever met. My needs at the time were urgent. I had to put my house up for rent because I needed to relocate to another state. There was a lot to do in making my place presentable to prospective renters. She helped me with the move, brought in professional cleaners to give it one last clean. Of course, I wanted good and reliable tenants, and Ekta was able to find a family in one day after the house was put on the market. How efficient is that The background checks were done immediately, the lease agreement was drawn up to a tee, and rent transactions were done on time. She even introduced the tenants to some of their new neighbors. She was there each step of the way, helping me and the tenants. Who could ask for more? She has also become a dear friend. I am so happy with Ekta. I intend to have her handle my other property. ”

“The only thing that could be improved would be to clone Mrs. Ekta Patel and make her available for all clients. :- Ekta was an absolute joy to work with from our initial meeting and throughout the entire home finding journey. She has a great personality, is personable, and is very knowledgeable. She's the best. My husband and I were burdened by low credit scores, which made the search more challenging and Ekta was able to navigate, make calls, etc. to help us find exactly what we were looking for in a home. She did not push us to settle for just any home in fact, she offered encouragement that we would find the home we wanted. We were not looking to buy a home, but instead we were looking to rent a home. Ekta did not treat us differently or like we were less important. She was on it from start to finish.
